Shipping Information
Processing time
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days (excluding holidays and shop closure periods). During launches, restocks, and seasonal rushes, processing may take a little longer—if that happens, we’ll note it on the site.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your shipping label is created.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it—additional shipping charges will apply.
Weather + heat notice
Candles are sensitive to extreme temperatures. In very hot weather, minor sweating or softening can occur in transit. This is normal and does not affect performance—allow the candle to return to room temperature before lighting.
Returns Policy
All Sales Final
Because candles are considered “personal use” items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If There’s a Problem, We’ll Make It Right
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s a fulfillment issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
A photo of the item(s)
A photo of the shipping box and packing materials (for damage claims)
We’ll take care of you with a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and availability.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have your package:
Check around your delivery area and with neighbors/building staff.
If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier.
Please note: once a package is marked “Delivered,” we’re not always able to replace it—but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Workshop Tickets
Workshop purchases are final sale unless otherwise noted on the workshop listing. If you can’t attend, reach out as soon as possible—if we can fill your seat, we’ll work with you.
